Second, minute, hour. Alarm becomes a draft ticket. Idle too long, offline too long — ping the assigned phone. Use on the short list of units you must watch. Cost is higher.
A third worker: analyst, not boss.
AI does not replace the GPS box or the office. It protects the asset base — vehicles, trackers, machines, and the people who run them. A human still presses accept.
Do not tell a customer that AI already runs the fleet. Tell them AI drafts the next action.

Daily / batch
Hour, day, week. Staff work as today. At close of day AI reads tasks, tickets, kilometres, hours on. One page: what moved, what stuck, what to do tomorrow. Default for most fleets.
What AI must do with the pieces
- 01Collect only from GPS, Todo, and later vending. Do not invent events.
- 02Join the same vehicle, phone, and day into one story.
- 03Summarize so a manager can read it in two minutes.
- 04Score use: working toward the plan, or parked and expired?
- 05Spot the person: late on tasks, never clocks in, always closes work.
- 06Guess the next risk from pieces we already have.
- 07Suggest a correction. A human still decides.
If it cannot point at a phone, a vehicle, and a next action, it is not ready to show.
